Dear Fixtures Secretary,

We have planned to hold the Annual Fixtures Secretaries’ Meeting on Wednesday June 16th 2010 at Alcester RFC, Birmingham Road, Kings Coughton, Alcester B49 5QF (Tel: 01789 764061).     By this date, everyone should have received the RFU Structured Season and the dates and scheduled games in the leagues for 2010-11, if not, then contact me, as I will more than likely have them. If you book to attend, please check with us before you travel that the meeting is still going ahead.

At this meeting, it is hoped that fixtures can be confirmed and blank dates filled for the coming season, and possibly future seasons. When attending, please wear some form of identification to show which club you represent.

As usual, refreshments will be provided, and to help Karyl with the catering arrangements please telephone us to let us know you are attending, by Sunday June 13th 2010.  Since space is limited, numbers are restricted to a maximum of 2 persons per club.

This invitation is open only to 2009-2010  registered Clubs.
The meeting will start at 7.00pm.

Please do not just turn up on the night without previously informing us that you will be attending.
