FIXTURE SECRETARIES’ MEETING 2007

                                                                                                                                               
Dear Fixture Secretary,

We have planned to hold the Annual Fixture Secretaries’ Meeting on Wednesday June 6th at Alcester RFC, Birmingham Road, Kings Coughton, Alcester B49 5QF (Tel: 01789 764061).By this date, everyone should have received the RFU Structured Season and the dates and scheduled games in the leagues for 2007-08. If not, the Meeting may have to be postponed. If you book to attend, please check with us before you travel that the meeting is still going ahead.

At this meeting, it is hoped that fixtures can be confirmed and blank dates filled for the coming season, and possibly future seasons. When attending, please wear some form of identification to show which club you represent.

As usual, refreshments will be provided, and to help Karyl with the catering arrangements please return the slip below to us as soon as possible, or telephone if preferred, by Friday June 1st.  Since space is limited, numbers are restricted to a maximum of 2 persons per club.

This invitation is open only to 2006-2007  registered Clubs.
The meeting will start at 7.30pm.

Please do not just turn up on the night without previously informing us that you will be attending.
